2. Personal data we collect
Login ID; password (stored only in encrypted one-way form — no one, including the Operator, can view it); full name; email address; contact number; agency name; and server access logs (IP address and time of access) kept for security.
3. Purpose of processing
To review your account application, to identify you and manage your access to this agent website, and to contact you about your account and service notices. Your email address is used to send you account emails (for example, approval of your application) and notice emails when new notices are posted. You can stop notice emails at any time with the Unsubscribe link in each email or in Email settings.
4. Legal basis
Your explicit consent given on this form. You may withdraw it at any time.
5. Retention period
Approved accounts: kept while the account is active and deleted within 1 year after the account is closed.
Rejected applications: deleted 90 days after rejection.
6. Sharing
The Operator does not sell your personal data or share it with third parties, except where required by Indonesian law or a lawful request from a competent authority. Emails are delivered through an email delivery service provider (Brevo) acting only on the Operator's instructions; it receives your name and email address for delivery only.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask the Operator to restrict its processing, or withdraw your consent by emailing [email protected]. The Operator will respond within the period required by regulation (generally 3 × 24 hours). If you withdraw consent, the Operator can no longer provide you with an account.
8. Security
The Operator protects your data with reasonable technical measures, including encrypted password storage and restricted administrator access. If a data breach affects your data, the Operator will notify you within the period required by law (72 hours).
